WHAT TO EXPECT

What to expect from your visit

Our showroom on Farthing Road has working examples of all six product categories. You’ll be able to see glass quality, handle finishes and discuss your project with someone who knows the products well.

We’ll ask you a few questions about the space you’re working with, talk through your options, and give you an accurate price based on your measurements. If you’re not ready to order on the day, that’s absolutely fine.

Review your project

We'll look at what you're trying to achieve, where the glass is going, and what the space currently looks like. Photos of the space are genuinely useful here.

Work through the options

We'll show you relevant samples, finishes and hardware. If colour matching to existing fittings matters — a tap finish, a door handle, a tile — bring those with you or bring a photo.

Confirm your specification

Once you're happy with the product, finish and dimensions, we confirm the full specification and give you a firm price.

Place your order

Most customers place their order in the showroom. Payment is taken at the point of order. We'll confirm lead time and delivery details before you leave.
WHAT TO BRING

Come prepared

The more information you bring, the more useful the visit will be. If you have them, bring:

  1. Your measurements —width, height, and any relevant depth or clearance figures
  2. Photos of the space on your phone
  3. Any colour references, finish samples or inspiration images
  4. Your installer’s contact details if they’ve specified a fixing type

Don’t worry if you’re at an early stage. We can help you work out what to measure ifyou haven’t done it yet.
