Once your order is confirmed, we handle everything up to delivery. You arrange installation with your own tradesperson. Here’s how it works.

Orders are placed in the showroom once you’ve confirmed your specification and measurements. We don’t accept unverified orders online — a showroom visit ensures the specification is right before anything is cut.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your glass is cut to your exact specification and finished to your chosen standard. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
All glass is delivered to your property. Our delivery team will handle the product carefully — glass is heavy and fragile and we take that seriously.
Installation is arranged by you, separately, with your own fitter, glazier or kitchen installer. We do not provide an installation service at this stage.
Specification agreed and payment taken in the showroom. We confirm your lead time on the day.
